More than a teacher/ therapist knowing ABA and its implementation, if it is learned by a parent, he or she can help the student throughout life. Based on your child's needs and assessments an individualized program will be developed, and the program will be implemented with the parent with the ongoing training of the therapists. Online resources and materials are provided by the team on weekly basis. 

These sessions are designed as intensive 1:1 therapy sessions. Here the therapist or trainer in therapist’s assistance works with children. Assessments, Individualized goals , behavior intervention etc. are demonstrated by the therapist through online calls directly with the child or with the support of parents.  Research based interventions are implemented, which are analyzed timely.

Behavior intervention plans are created  to reduce inappropriate behaviors and to increase  appropriate behaviors, by implementing behavior protocols developed based on the behavior Assessment, these are developed specific to each child based on his her needs and strengths. In simple words if any challenging behaviors or inappropriate behavior are developed or exhibited by the students are due to one of the functions of behavior that is Automatic/ sensory, attention seeking, escape from task and wants something. Conducting an Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA)  will help to understand the reason behind the behavior.Based on the assessment BIP will be developed and implemented. 

Language and communication is not just limited to pointing flashcards and repeating the words, they are interaction to the other human beings using words in the daily routine. We focus on the functional use of language of children, that is asking what they want, how they feel , rather than teaching only using flash cards. Conversations have to be built in natural conversations such as activities , daily routines and games. However these have to be based on the goals planned in the beginning of our program. Learning is better when they do it with fun and interest. 

We are also experts in training kids or individuals with special needs to communicate through sign language and Augmentative Alternate communications such as communication Apps,  PECS and other picture based systems.

Reading is identifying letters and making words, but not limited to reading it clearly  unless you understand its meaning. A child may be able to read r-e-d as red , but it is not effective if he or she is not able to visualize or imagine the same when they read. Here is when reading comprehension comes into picture, we teach children reading level based comprehension books , games with reading activities etc. To start a reading comprehension it is not mandatory they know the alphabets , reading and writing.

For the children who are aged above 12 years , who are not doing well with academics and school programs, a functional skills based program is suggested where the goals will be focused on skills such as daily living skills, independent management, money management, fun and leisure skills etc.
