Ashitha Aravindh, MSc, MBA, QBA
Founder, Qualified Behavior Analyst

Ashitha is an internationally certified Behavior Analyst with 10 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She has post-graduations in Applied psychology as well as in Marketing Management.
Applied Psychology and research in consumer psychology were her keen interests since graduation until she witnessed how ABA transforms the lives of individuals with special needs. She has served different roles such as a direct instructor, team leader, and supervisor in the ABA field, across different settings like clinics, Montessori, inclusive classrooms, etc.
Today she is training and guiding parents of children with neuro-diveristy and behavior problems to reduce their problem behaviors and increase their skills, Supervising and mentoring young ABA therapists and certificants, and teaching and helping children using ABA perspectives.
Functional language development, behavior reduction procedures, academic training, and Life Skills development are her key areas of expertise.

Gayathri.S, M.Sc, ABAT
Assistant Behavior Therapist

Gayathri is an ABA therapist ready to support families with neuro-diverse individuals toward positive change. She has 3 years of experience in the field, and she has honed her skills in delivering effective interventions. Additionally, her specialized training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and completion of ABAT certification ensure, she is equipped with the latest techniques and strategies.
After graduating from Providence College with a degree in psychology, she went on to earn a master's degree in Applied Psychology from Pondicherry Central University. With this specialized training, she began working as a behavior therapist, helping children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Soon I realized that they wanted to make an even greater impact on the lives of children with behavioral challenges. Then I moved into the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA), which is a scientific approach to understanding and changing behavior. ABA has been shown to be highly effective in helping children with autism spectrum disorder learn new skills and behaviors.
She is pursuing her goal to become a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA). She is passionate about helping children reach their full potential. She believes that ABA can make a real difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. She is excited to continue her career in ABA and to help even more children reach their goals.

Sumaiya. S, M.Sc , ABAT

Associate Behavior Therapist
Sumaiya is a post graduate in Psychology and has been working in the field of special education and ABA for over 5 years. Ms. Sumaiya S is an Applied Behaviour Analysis Technician (ABAT), registered under the Qualified Applied Behaviour Analysis Board (QABA). As part of her career growth, she has done certification programs in Shadow Teaching, Remedial Teaching methodology for learning disabilities, Diploma in special education needs, Psychometric Assessments and Art Therapy to upgrade her knowledge to provide effective therapy to the children with special needs and better counselling to the parents.
She also has a broad experience in social skills, handling challenging behaviours, assessment and parent training.
As a learner cantered professional with work experience, among the special needs children, she has been promoting learner achievement, resulting in the children’s greater independent activities at home and within the community.
