Founder , Behavior Analyst

Ashitha Aravindh, MSc, MBA, QBA,IBA

Founder, Qualified Behavior Analyst

Ashitha is an internationally certified Behavior Analyst with 11 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).  Her professional journey began as a psychologist following her post-graduation in Applied Psychology from Pondicherry Central University. She later pursued an additional master’s degree in Marketing Management.

Psychological research and consumer behavior fascinated her early on, but witnessing the transformative impact of ABA on individuals with special needs led her to fully embrace the field. Over the years, she has held various roles such as direct instructor, team lead, and supervisor, working in diverse environments including clinics, Montessori settings, and inclusive classrooms.

After practicing as a registered ABA therapist for a few years, Ashitha completed her Behavior Analyst coursework through Saint Elizabeth University, USA, and earned her certification from the QABA board.

Currently, she supports families of neurodiverse children and those with behavioral challenges across the globe. Her work involves coaching parents, siblings, and children using ABA strategies to build functional routines and skills. Additionally, as a certified supervisor, she mentors aspiring ABA practitioners and certificants.

Ashitha also collaborates with multiple institutions across India to strengthen the ABA workforce by designing and conducting training programs for therapists, including ABAT and  IBT  training under the QABA Board and IBAO board respectively.

She firmly believes that problem behaviors often stem from skill deficits rather than disability itself—and that applied verbal behavior, focused on functional communication, is a powerful tool to reduce such behaviors.
